Share your email and/or phone number if you wish to do so. Alternatively we can create a Contact Form with specific fields, for customers to fill in. In that case your email address is hidden, but the content of the forms lands in your mailbox.

FAQ
A Frequently Asked Questions section acts as your 1st line of support. By answering your citizens' most common questions upfront, you limit the number of incoming phone calls and emails. Weren’t you tired to answer the same questions over and over again? You can now spend more time on requests that need it the most.

You can create a section dedicated to Public Events organised by yourself and/or by the Community. Useful if you want to increase social link and build a strong sense of community.

Facilities online Booking
Would you like to automate the reservation of your local tennis court, sports hall or community centre?
We can integrate to your website a dedicated solution like OpenResa, coming with a free trial. If the experience made your life easier, then you can upgrade to a paid plan providing more time-saving features. To be discussed together should you be interested.

Donation or Fundraising processing
When you lead an ambitious project that needs funding, people believing in your cause may want to help financially. We can embed donation solutions to your website, such as CauseVox, WhyDonate or @Giv, all coming with a free plan.
Or we can set up offline donations with a form and Paypal Donate or Bank Transfers. In any case, donating is made easy for the citizens who wish to do so.

Participation forms
Would you like to re-establish contact with your citizens? Then ask for their opinions.
Make it easy for them to approve or not an initiative. And also to suggest ideas.

IV - My Design
Our Basic Designs are both Flat & Brand color based. What is that?
- Flat design provides a modern and simplified look and also impacts your website performance positively (the less ornamentation, the faster your pages will load)
- Brand color based design consists of finding the right harmony for the 2 or 3 colors associated with your brand
Even though these Design are common, they are safe choices and they don’t have to be boring. Select the one you like best, no extra charge incurred as they are part of our Basic Offer.
Hero Photo
Though it is the most basic style you can give your Hero section, a great Photo is always a safe choice. Full-width or Split screen image, of a Point of interest, the last Event or your city Council, we will make it look great.
Hero Illustration
This design has been trendy for quite a while, you basically find great quality cartoons or illustrations that will replace the usual images you find on most websites.
If you think that could be a good fit for your website, add this and we will submit a nice mockup for you to validate.
Hero Thumbnails
With carefully selected pictures, this design can look great. Very useful when you organize your content into main categories, your thumbnails then act as visual clues for your visitors.
Hero Slider
In the same spirit, you can add a Slider displaying your main categories or your latest Announcements.
It usually looks better than thumbnails, but has to be designed carefully so it does not result in confusion for your visitors and performance issues for your website.
Premium Design
If you are looking to get a fully customized design, we’ll need to discuss details before submitting a separate quote.
As this requires more planning and development time, probably best to leave Premium Design out for now if you are running on a tight budget. It will still be time to revamp your design in a few months if you wish to do so.
Let’s add a Parallax effect, beautiful Sliders or breathetaking Animations.
Let’s leave Flat design and go Minimalist? Or Geometric? Or maybe Free-hand?
Let’s get rid of that common webfont and add a stunning typography. Or maybe merge your brand colors to find the perfect Gradient for your website.

Almost over! A CMS is a tool allowing you to update the content of your website on your own. Read carefully our comments regarding each CMS configuration and choose the one that best fit your needs.

You do not need to update your website regularly, but you would like to be able to make these changes yourself: Latest News, FAQ update…
We provide a basic CMS configuration, allowing you to update 2 to 3 specific sections of your new website.

You want complete peace of mind and can’t be bothered to update your website yourself?
Send us any updates you want to make to your website and rest easy, we handle everything. No CMS setup is billed.

Full Control - Solo
You want to be able to update your entire website yourself, including Footer and Privacy Policy?
We provide you with a fully configured CMS, from which you can edit absolutely everything.

A dedicated Team is going to collaborate & handle your website’s frequent updates? We provide you with a fully customized CMS, including access rights for up to 4 users on your Team. Assign a role to each Team Member: Contributor, Reviewer, Owner.

Our Basic Hosting comes with a nice package:

- a CDN providing speed and stability,
- a HTTPS protocol adding a security layer.
Choose this option if you just need a website for display and do not count on modifying its content the first year.
Annual Hosting Fee: 69 € - 0 € the 1st year
Advanced
On top of Basic Hosting, you get:
- 1 email address linked to your Domain Name: info@yourdomain, contact@yourdomain, johndoe@yourdomain…,
- a quarterly report with Analytics about your website and how your clients use it, along with possible improvements,
- Edit one of your sections, features or design once a year.
Choose this option if you want us to follow up on your website regularly, and improve it whenever possible.
Annual Hosting Fee: 149 € - 74 € the 1st year
Premium
On top of Basic Hosting, you get:
- up to 3 email addresses linked to your Domain Name: info@yourdomain, contact@yourdomain, johndoe@yourdomain….
- a monthly report with Analytics about your website and how your clients use it, along with possible improvements,
- Add an extra section or feature once a year,
- Edit one of your sections, features or design once a year.
