Before we start
The Single Web Page format is available to your website. If your budget is limited, or if the amount of information you wish to display is minimum, then this could be a good choice.
Single Page Website
A Single Web Page is a website that is divided into sections all present on the same page. The navigation is done on-page.
It is less expensive because it takes less time to build 6 sections on the same page than creating a 6 pages website.
However please note that SWPs have their cons, from a SEO standpoint mostly: SWP provides search engines with only one page to index, which will impact negatively your SEO ranking. But if SEO is not your priority, and if you are on a smaller budget, then it could be a great option.

Regular Website - Multipages
If you would like a more elaborate website allowing a better SEO ranking, then go for a regular Multipages website.
Each section of your website will get its dedicated page.

Provide information about the topics that will be discussed, about the Speakers, introduce the bands that will be playing music at your festival. Or the movies that will be released. Whatever your event is about, this is where you make us want to attend.
Event Schedule
We can display a button linking to an official pdf schedule. Or display directly on the website the whole schedule. Or both, as you wish.
Pricing
You can display here the different prices for your event, from General Public to Early Birds or Premium.

About & Social Media Shares
Talk about yourself or the Organization Team, add a picture or two if you like, and tell a nice story to the customers.
We also display a link to your Social Media accounts, so attendees can follow you from their favourite Social network.
Contact & Venue location
Share your email and/or phone number if you wish to do so. Alternatively we can create a Contact Form with specific fields, for stakeholders to fill in. In that case your email address is hidden, but the content of the forms lands in your mailbox.
It can be useful for a customer to see the actual location of your event at a glance, without looking for it on Google Maps.

FAQ
A Frequently Asked Questions section acts as your 1st line of support. By answering your customers' most common questions upfront, you achieve 2 objectives:
1. Increase their satisfaction as they get clear information laid out for them.
2. Limiting the number of incoming phone calls and emails on your end. Weren’t you tired to answer the same questions over and over?

Sell Tickets online
If you want to sell your own tickets online for your next gig or conference, let us know and we’ll integrate a custom solution to your website.
Do not pay silly admin fees for a rather small event, instead just go for a ticket Order form combined with a Payment gateway. You can find ticket templates online that can be customized easily. That way you go paperless and you limit the related fees.
Now, if your event is pretty big and handling ticket customization is too big of a task, we can integrate a solution like Eventbrite. Their Pro plan is free, can be fully integrated to your website and offer other handy features. However note that the admin fee per ticket sold is kind of high - the time you save can be worth the stretch though. To be discussed together if you want to sell your tickets from your own website.

Donation or Fundraising processing
When you organize an ambitious project that needs funding, people believing in what you do may want to help financially.
We can embed donation solutions to your website, such as CauseVox, WhyDonate or @Giv, all coming with a free plan.
Or we can set up offline donations with a form and Paypal Donate or Bank Transfers.
In any case, donating is made easy.

Newsletter subscription
Offering to subscribe to a Newsletter is a good idea as this means sales opportunities going forward.
Offer a subscription to a newsletter and contact your customers on a regular basis with your latest events, ticket offers, products…

Multilingual website
Do you expect multiple nationalities to attend your event? In that case it could be a good idea to make your website available in more languages. You make ordering and accessing information much simpler for potential attendees.

Analytical tool
An Analytical tool collects data about how customers navigate on your website, from which country, from what kind of device, with what kind of connection. This is usually great to improve your website over time, but does not seem to us so interesting for an Event website. However if this is of interest to you, we can discuss options.

Why do so many websites come with a blog?
Because writing articles about what you do displays credibility, which increases readers' engagement.
And because the more articles you write, the more keywords you can target, which makes a blog your SEO weapon of choice when increasing your ranking is your main objective.

IV - My Design
Our Basic Designs are both Flat & Brand color based. What is that?
- Flat design provides a modern and simplified look and also impacts your website performance positively (the less ornamentation, the faster your pages will load)
- Brand color based design consists of finding the right harmony for the 2 or 3 colors associated with your brand
Even though these Design are common, they are safe choices and they don’t have to be boring. Select the one you like best, no extra charge incurred as they are part of our Basic Offer.
Hero Photo
Though it is the most basic style you can give your Hero section, a great Photo is always a safe choice. Full-width or Split screen image, of your Event’s venue, your Speakers or beautiful Attendees, we will make it look great.
Hero Video
In the same spirit, you can display a background video showing the vibe at last year’s edition of your Event, or a tease about what is on schedule this year.
This one is a great choice, but only if your video is of excellent quality.
Hero Illustration
This design has been trendy for quite a while, you basically find great quality cartoons or illustrations that will replace the usual images you find on most websites.
Not necessarily the best idea for an Event, but if you think that could be a good fit for your website, add this and we will send you a nice mockup for you to validate.
Premium Design
If you are looking to get a fully customized design, we’ll need to discuss details before submitting a separate quote.
As this requires more planning and development time, probably best to leave Premium Design out for now if you are running on a tight budget. It will still be time to revamp your design in a few months if you wish to do so.
Let’s add a Parallax effect, beautiful Sliders or breathetaking Animations.
Let’s leave Flat design and go Minimalist? Or Geometric? Or maybe Free-hand?
Let’s get rid of that common webfont and add a stunning typography. Or maybe merge your brand colors to find the perfect Gradient for your website.

Choose this option if you just need a website for display and do not count on modifying its content the first year.

Advanced
On top of Basic Hosting, you get:

Choose this option if you want us to follow up on your website regularly, and improve it whenever possible.

Premium
On top of Basic Hosting, you get:
