I - My Basic Sections
You can just relax here, nothing to select! Discover the must-have sections and features for your website, all included in our basic offer.
Hero
Top of Homepage is the first glance users and/or customers get at your site. Not to be treated lightly!
It usually includes the search bar allowing to find documentation quickly.
Documentation
This is the backbone of your website.
Displaying documentation categories from the homepage is an option, but in any case a dedicated page will be created, including a search bar and function.
Search function
The function is built natively with Javascript.
In a nutshell, each documentation and question exists in a dedicated markdown file. These files are then aggregated in the background into a data file, which will allow JS to search through them and display relevant results.
FAQ
A Frequently Asked Questions section acts as 1st line of support for your clients or users.
You can make their life easier by providing general guidelines on how to use this tool.
Change Log
This section displays major changes made to the documentation in a chronological order.
This is mostly useful internally, and is usually not available to customers.
Contact & Social Media Shares
We can create a Contact Form with specific fields, for users to fill in. In that case your email address is hidden, but the content of the forms lands in your mailbox.
We also display a link to your Social Media accounts, which can encourage customers to share your website.

MAQ
A Mostly Asked Questions highlights the most common searches on your website. You allow most users to find answers to their questions in no time.

Report an Issue form
This feature allows users and customers to suggest changes to the documentation. This can happen when the documentation seems to be off or lacks clarity or is simply outdated.
Whether someone would like to congratulate you for their great exprience or issue a complaint about a bad one, a dedicated form can be made available. This is a great way to monitor issues and get feedbacks straight from your clients.

Comments
You can allow users & customers to comment your documentation items.
It serves the same purpose as the Report Issue form, except that the process becomes very straightforward: no form to fill in, you finish reading the article and add a comment suggesting a correction or an improvement.

Multilingual website
This could be a good idea in case your customers and/or employees are based in different countries.
However please note that past a certain amount of documents and questions, this can become time-consuming to handle. Our CMS will make it easy to find and update each file individually, but 3 languages mean 3 files to update. To be discussed if you wish to.

Analytical tool
This would not be the usual Analytical tool that you know of, like Google Analytics or Matomo.
We could build a function that would display the most common searches, pages consulted…
This is a great way to improve your documentation: its structure, its relevance, its quality…

IV - My Design
Our Basic Designs are both Flat & Brand color based. What is that?
- Flat design provides a modern and simplified look and also impacts your website performance positively (the less ornamentation, the faster your pages will load)
- Brand color based design consists of finding the right harmony for the 2 or 3 colors associated with your brand
Even though these Design are common, they are safe choices and they don’t have to be boring. Select the one you like best, no extra charge incurred as they are part of our Basic Offer.
Hero Search Bar
Though it is the most basic style you can give your Hero section, a great Photo is always a safe choice. Full-width or Split screen image of your Service Offer or happy Customers, we will make it look great.
Hero Illustration
This design has been trendy for quite a while, you basically find great quality cartoons or illustrations that will replace the usual images you find on most websites.
If you think that could be a good fit for your website, add this and we will look into it.

V - My CMS
Almost over! A CMS is a tool allowing you to update the content of your website on your own. Read carefully our comments regarding each CMS configuration and choose the one that best fit your needs.
Basic Control
If you count on editing the existing documentation but nothing more, you can choose this option.
We provide a basic CMS configuration, allowing you to update 2 to 3 specific sections of your new website.
In case you also want to add new documentation once in a while, you can opt for the Peace of Mind plan. But if you’d rather update often and on your own, please ask for the Full Control option below.

You want complete peace of mind and can’t be bothered to update your website yourself?
Send us any updates you want to make to your website and rest easy, we handle everything. No CMS setup is billed.

You want to be able to update your entire website yourself, including Footer and Privacy Policy?
We provide you with a fully configured CMS, from which you can edit absolutely everything.

A dedicated Team is going to collaborate & handle your website’s frequent updates? We provide you with a fully customized CMS, including access rights for up to 4 users on your Team. Assign a role to each Team Member: Contributor, Reviewer, Owner.

VI - My Hosting Plan
Last choice to make! Choose one of the 3 Hosting plans below depending on your needs. If you are not sure, we will discuss this in details soon together.
Basic
Our Basic Hosting comes with a nice package:
- a Domain Name,
- a CDN providing speed and stability,
- a HTTPS protocol adding a security layer.
Choose this option if you just need a website for display and do not count on modifying its content the first year.
Annual Hosting Fee: 69 € - 0 € the 1st year
Advanced
On top of Basic Hosting, you get:
- 1 email address linked to your Domain Name: info@yourdomain, contact@yourdomain, johndoe@yourdomain…,
- a quarterly report with Analytics about your website and how your clients use it, along with possible improvements,
- Edit one of your sections, features or design once a year.
Choose this option if you want us to follow up on your website regularly, and improve it whenever possible.
Annual Hosting Fee: 149 € - 74 € the 1st year
Premium
On top of Basic Hosting, you get:
- up to 3 email addresses linked to your Domain Name: info@yourdomain, contact@yourdomain, johndoe@yourdomain….
- a monthly report with Analytics about your website and how your clients use it, along with possible improvements,
- Add an extra section or feature once a year,
- Edit one of your sections, features or design once a year.
Choose this option if you want us to keep a close eye on your website, and are ready to improve it as soon as possible.
